Carole R. Klein uses her background in complex intellectual property (IP) transactions to advise clients in the areas of copyrights, licensing, and trademarks. On behalf of her clients, she drafts and negotiates the IP aspects of commercial transactions and licenses for the production and distribution of consumer and industrial products. Carole often develops trademark enforcement and protection strategies to protect her client’s IP portfolios on a global level.
Morgan Lewis is a member of the Advisory Council of the National Council for Transgender Equality and National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition, and Carole plays a leading role in each organization. She is active in professional associations, in particular the International Trademark Association (INTA).
In the community, Carole is an officer of the board of directors for the Children’s Chorus of Washington.
