Claire Conway Santaniello focuses her practice on the representation of financial institutions in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including private placement financings and secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Claire represented clients in privately placed corporate debt issuances, high-yield bond issuances, collateral agencies, and escrow and depositary relationships. During law school, Claire was a law clerk for the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and a judicial intern for Senior Judge Dominic J. Squatrito of the US District Court for the District of Connecticut.
