Claire M. Lesikar represents companies in employment matters that include individual and class action litigation. Her work involves complex wage and hour class actions, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act, workplace discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination, family and medical leave, employment-related torts, cybersecurity, and data privacy. In addition, Claire handles employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Claire serves on the firm’s Cybersecurity Initiative, Pro Bono Committee, Hiring Committee, and Associates Committee. While in law school, Claire served as the executive articles editor of the Hastings Law Journal and as a judicial extern for Judge Jon S. Tigar of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
