Caitlin McKenna is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She handles business disputes that stem from commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, indemnification demands, and fraud allegations in both US federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Caitlin has knowledge across a range of industries, and most recently has focused her practice in the life sciences and technology sectors. She also has experience defending against wide-ranging and complex government investigations in the pharmaceuticals space.

In addition, Caitlin maintains an active pro bono practice with the Support Center for Child Advocates, the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, and Community Legal Services. She is a member of the firm’s Philadelphia Pro Bono Committee, formerly serving as the Committee’s Vice Chair.

Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin clerked for Judge Howland W. Abramson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division and interned for Judge L. Felipe Restrepo when on the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
