Conan Chen focuses his practice on private investment funds, advising registered and unregistered investment advisors based in the United States and in the Asia Pacific region on the formation, structure, and ongoing management of investments in global markets. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Conan worked in an international law firm’s New York office. Conan is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
