His insurance practice involves complex asset recovery litigation on behalf of corporate policyholders. He also provides strategic advice related to insurance laws and regulations, various insurance policy forms, and hot-button insurance coverage issues, such as loss allocation for long-tail claims and the application of anti-stacking provisions in liability insurance programs. In white collar and regulatory matters, Chris has helped guide and resolve delicate internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and civil enforcement actions for financial industry clients and other companies.
During law school, Chris represented victims of human trafficking and facilitated their cooperation with federal investigators. He has since maintained a robust pro bono practice.
