Daheuin Ju focuses her practice on advising public and private companies and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, joint ventures, and dispositions. She also advises clients on corporate governance and compliance matters. Daheuin represents both strategic and private equity clients in a broad range of industries, including retail, industrial, hospitality, financial services, and technology.
While in law school, Daheuin was a judicial intern for Judge Paul G. Gardephe of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and served as a notes editor of The George Washington International Law Review. She is fluent in Korean.
