Danielle Burt

Danielle’s practice involves:

• Counseling on transaction issues and securing necessary FCC, State PUC, DOJ, and local government approvals for mergers, transfers of control, assets sales, reorganizations, and financing transactions, including those involving foreign investment

• Assisting clients to obtain FCC and state PUC licenses to provide domestic and international long distance service, competitive local exchange service, wireless service, and satellite service

• Advising and representing clients on FCC and State PUC compliance and enforcement issues

• Advising clients on federal government broadband funding programs rules and policies

• Counseling on rights-of-way, pole attachment, and franchise agreements for construction of telecommunications and MVPD network and facilities

• Advocating pro-competitive regulatory rules and policies at the FCC and State PUCs

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Danielle was part of the corporate practice at another international law firm.
