Danielle Maldonado defends and counsels employers in labor and employment matters, including individual plaintiff and representative action litigation, wage and hour litigation and compliance, and workforce related counseling. She is an associate representative for the firm’s First Generation Lawyer Network.
While in law school, Danielle served as an executive editor for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law. She was the president and a founder of the First Generation Law Students, a board member of the Latino Law Students Association and a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic and the Pediatric Advocacy Clinic. In recognition of her commitment to community activities, social justice, and advancing the interests of women, she received the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan Julia D. Darlow Award.
