Daniel Lentz represents employers in US federal and state court litigation, handling individual claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as complex wage and hour class actions and representative and collective actions. In addition to Daniel’s litigation practice, he counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring practices, employer policies, employment contracts, disability accommodations, employee and contractor classification issues, leaves of absence, terminations, and reductions in force.
Daniel also represents employers subject to investigations and at administrative hearings before the US Department of Labor–Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Department of Industrial Relations–Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
