Daniel Lentz represents employers in US federal and state court litigation, handling individual claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as complex wage and hour class actions and representative and collective actions. In addition to Daniel’s litigation practice, he counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring practices, employer policies, employment contracts, disability accommodations, employee and contractor classification issues, leaves of absence, terminations, and reductions in force.
