David E. Marvin represents clients in a wide range of areas, including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations, regulatory enforcement and compliance, and products liability. Before joining Morgan Lewis, David served as a law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Timothy R. Rice in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
While in law school, David served as a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. He was also a member of the moot court board and the co-president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. David spent his second and third years of law school as a student volunteer with the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s federal reentry court, known as the S.T.A.R. Program.
