David Merlin-Jones


David Merlin-Jones advises on contentious and non-contentious UK employment law issues, including employment aspects of asset and share acquisitions and disposals. He also advises on contracts of employment (including for senior executives and board hires), consultancy agreements, employment policies, engagement and dismissals, and redundancies (including TUPE considerations). David has particular experience in managing employee disputes, consequential franchise risk and strategy, regularly acting for employers in relation to employment tribunal claims. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he trained and practiced on qualification in employment law at a Magic Circle law firm in London.
