Denise assists clients with the following:

• Networking infrastructure contracts including submarine cable joint build and supply agreements and related contracts, master services agreements, service schedules, and asset purchase agreements for dark/lit fiber and telecommunications services procurement, and other contracts
• Federal and state licensing to provide wireless, satellite, long-distance, and competitive local exchange services, and to operate as submarine cable landing party, including national security/law enforcement review by the federal government interagency Committee for the Assessment of Foreign Participation in the United States Telecommunications Services Sector (informally known as Team Telecom)
• Approvals from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and state public utility commission for mergers and acquisitions, transfers of control, asset sales, reorganizations, and financing transaction federal rulemaking proceedings as well as FCC and Universal Service Administrative Company investigations
• Regulatory issues and developments involving current wireless and satellite telecommunications proceedings before the FCC
• Compliance with Universal Service Fund contribution requirements and other federal and state regulatory requirements
