Eileen V. Rhein represents Fortune 500 companies, investment banks, private equity funds, and emerging companies on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on strategic transactions, joint ventures, complex commercial negotiations, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Eileen worked at international law firms in New York and Canada, assisting global financial institutions on debt and equity offerings, and advising clients in the fields of venture capital, energy, biotechnology, and fintech.
Eileen also previously worked as corporate counsel in the headquarters of a multinational bank, advising on corporate governance and compliance matters, strategic investments and the acquisition of financial institutions and credit card portfolios.
