Ekaterina’s work experience includes cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured lending, syndicated finance, offerings of Eurobonds, shares, and depositary receipts. Ekaterina also works with ISDA and related derivatives trading documentation. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ekaterina worked for a major international law firm in Moscow. She is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in English.
