Elizabeth M. Chiaviello focuses her practice on a wide range of complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. Building on her time as a law clerk in the Eastern District of Texas to Judge Robert W. Schroeder III and Judge K. Nicole Mitchell, Elizabeth represents clients in US federal district courts and the International Trade Commission. Her litigation experience spans many stages, including hearings, discovery, dispositive motion practice, claim construction, trial preparation, and trial. She also dedicates time to her pro bono practice by assisting women fleeing violence.
