Elizabeth Martin represents and counsels employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. Libby’s work includes claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), including single plaintiff and class action claims.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Libby was an associate at a national labor and employment boutique. Before that, she was a private investment funds associate in the corporate group of a large, international law firm. During law school, Libby was an internet and symposium editor for the University of Illinois Law Review and a bankruptcy law research assistant.
