Emily Walpole is part of a team that advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and counseling. She helps employers and managers resolve issues, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.

While in law school, Emily served as national co-chair of the LGBT Bar Association’s Law Student Congress, director of the UVA Libel Show, and sat on the Executive Board of the Virginia Journal of International Law.
