Eoin Ansbro advises leading international fund managers and institutional investors on primary investments and secondary market purchases of interests in investment funds, with an industry focus on private equity and infrastructure. Eoin also advises on financial services regulatory issues in the investment funds industry. He practices as a Foreign Legal Consultant in New York.
Eoin completed his training contract at Morgan Lewis, gaining experience in the firm’s investment management, corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and litigation practices, and spent six months in the firm’s Moscow office focusing on M&A and regulatory matters. He also completed a short secondment in-house at an AIM-listed insurance and reinsurance business.
