Erin E. Morley advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital financings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters.
Erin holds a JD/MBA from Boston College Law School and Boston College Carroll School of Management. While in law school, Erin worked in BC Law’s Community Enterprise Clinic and provided free legal advice to nonprofit organizations and low net-worth entrepreneurs.
During business school, Erin served as an in-house law clerk at Liberty Mutual in Boston. As part of an international consulting course in business school, Erin worked closely with China Consultants of Advisory and Finance Management (CCAFM) and traveled to Beijing to present her team’s cross-border M&A strategies and recommendations to CCAFM’s private and government clients.
During law school, Erin interned for Judge Michael J. Coyne of the Boston Municipal Court.

Represented Blue Bell Mattress Company in a transaction involving a leveraged recapitalization and acquisition of a 70 percent equity interest in Blue Bell by private equity firm Longroad Asset Management, a deal nominated by The M&A Advisor and ACG New York as a finalist for “Manufacturing Deal of the Year,” “Consumer Deal of the Year,” and “Leveraged Buyout of the Year,” and selected as “Leveraged Buyout of the Year”
