Feng Sheng concentrates on business and banking law. He has broad experience to counsel clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint venture, financings, general corporate law, and other business transactions. Feng also regularly represents banks and other financial institutions on pre-IPO finance, real estate finance, and structured finance matters.
Feng represents both Chinese domestic and foreign clients in a variety of industries and at different stages of growth. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he was an associate at a top Chinese domestic law firm and an international law firm in China. Feng is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
