Filip M. Grzelak provides guidance to clients on employee benefit and executive compensation matters. His practice includes advising clients on compliance with Internal Revenue Code (IRC), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and COVID-related legislation. Filip helps clients on a broad range of issues involving tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans, fringe benefits, and equity and phantom equity compensation plans. Filip also helps clients with correction matters before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
