Florian Hinderer advises clients on all aspects of EU and German competition law. His practice includes advising on cartel investigations as well as EU and German merger control. Florian represents clients in proceedings before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. He has particular experience in the chemical, healthcare, and life science industries. His doctoral thesis focused on market definition issues in merger control filings including in the Healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Florian served as a legal clerk at the District Court of Stuttgart and worked for several years as a research assistant in the antitrust and life science practice groups of leading international law firms in Munich (Germany) and Brussels (Belgium).
