Florian Ziegler

In addition to his law practice, Florian is a civil notary in Frankfurt am Main. In that service, Florian focuses on complex banking, corporate, and M&A transactions. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Florian held positions at international law firms where he advised on financial restructuring, financing, and refinancing matters, among others. He is fluent in German and English.
