Francisco Guzmán’s practice focuses primarily on traditional labor law and the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he worked as a field attorney with National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in the Brooklyn regional office. Francisco has experience with the NLRA rules, regulations, and procedures. At the regional office of the NLRB, he investigated, litigated, and negotiated settlements of unfair labor practice allegations, processed union representation petitions, served as hearing officer in representations cases, and oversaw union elections.
Francisco has first chair litigation experience in unfair labor practice hearings before administrative law judges. He also has experience training managers, supervisors, employees, and union officials on the National Labor Relations Act.
