Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Franco clerked for Judge Beth Bloom of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Before clerking, he worked for the US Department of Justice after being selected for the Attorney General’s Honors Program, where he served as an attorney advisor for two years in the El Paso Immigration Court.
While in law school, Franco was the editor-in-chief of the FIU Law Review. He was also a member of the Board of Advocates Appellate Moot Court Team, treasurer of the International Law Student Association, and a teaching assistant in the Legal Skills and Values I writing course for first year law students.
