Francis A. DeSimone represents US and international clients in high-stakes antitrust matters in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, and technology. He has worked on numerous civil and criminal litigation matters, investigations by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and US Department of Justice (DOJ), and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Frank worked as a corporate and securities associate in Philadelphia and as an antitrust paralegal for an international cartel investigation in Paris. He is fluent in French and conversational in Japanese.
