Rick Eisenbiegler represents first and second lien senior lenders, mezzanine investors, and equity sponsors and borrowers in senior debt, mezzanine and private equity financing arrangements. His areas of focus include leveraged financings; first lien, second lien, mezzanine and first-out/last-out financings; cross-border financings; debtor-in-possession and exit financings; and restructurings, workouts and bankruptcies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Rick was a partner in another international law firm, where he led the firm’s transactional finance group and banking and leveraged finance group.
