Galadia Constantinou advises on a wide range of banking and finance transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, film finance, project and asset finance and restructuring. She works with borrowers and lenders across a number of industry sectors, including energy, infrastructure, shipping and retail. Galadia’s experience includes advising clients on cross-border matters in Europe, Russia and the Middle East. Galadia completed her training contract at Morgan Lewis and completed a secondment in the firm’s Dubai office. She is admitted to practice in England & Wales only.

Advising Apollo portfolio company Claire’s Stores, Inc. and its subsidiaries in connection with a three year EUR35 million unsecured multicurrency revolving credit facility provided to certain of the European subsidiaries of Claire’s Stores, Inc. by HSBC and its subsequent re-financing.
Advising JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as security agent for a syndicate of lenders in a film financing for STX Financing LLC.
Advising ARI Fleet UK Limited on a £25 million ($33 million) credit facility provided to it by Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Advising the borrower Fanatics Inc., an online and in-venue retailer of officially licensed sports merchandise on a US Amendment and Restatement Credit Agreement adding a UK Borrower to the credit pool.
