George P. Mair advises both individual and business clients on state and federal tax, estate planning, and related matters, including matters involving S corporations, partnerships, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, and Massachusetts sales tax and corporate taxes, as well as controversies relating to such matters. He has taught at Harvard Law School and has spoken at various programs sponsored by the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and other organizations. He is the co-author of Estate Planning Law and Taxation and author of other publications on tax-related matters.
