Ghee J. Lee concentrates her practice on intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent litigation. Ghee represents major technology and consumer electronics companies in various stages of litigation in US District Courts. She also has experience in Section 337 proceedings involving patent and trademark infringement before the US International Trade Commission. Beyond the field of intellectual property litigation, Ghee has assisted in cross-border litigation involving allegations of breach of contract and fraud.
Ghee also maintains an active pro bono practice, with projects including assisting naturalization applicants and representing parents of a child with special education needs in obtaining evaluations and special education services.
While attending law school, Ghee was an articles editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. She also served as a judicial intern to Justice N. Patrick Crooks at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and externed at the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
