Henry J. Ford, Jr. brings both public sector and private sector experience to our labor and employment practice. Henry represents employers across the nation against claims of employment discrimination before the EEOC and state/local equal employment opportunity agencies. Most recently, Henry worked as a senior attorney in the labor and employment unit of the City of Philadelphia Law Department defending in state and federal courts against employment discrimination, retaliation, and Section 1983 claims, and at arbitration and before the civil service commission against union/employee grievances.
Henry previously held litigation attorney roles with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, the City of Evanston (IL), and the commuter railroad company Metra in the Chicago metropolitan area.
