Heather Scanlon Gelfuso’s practice focuses on counseling employers on issues that arise in the employment relationship, including the strategic development of employment policies and agreements, the management of leaves of absence under the FMLA, ADA, and state laws, disability accommodation, performance management, terminations, workplace restructurings, and reductions in force. Heather also handles employment-related litigation and administrative claims for clients.
