Homaira Hosseini is part of a team that advises clients across the full range of litigation and arbitration. Recently, Homaira worked with others to win a complete defense verdict in what was potentially the largest environmental penalty case in the history of Texas. Homaira also provides legal advice for national lending institutions to ensure compliance with US federal and state laws protecting military servicemember borrowers.
While in law school, Homaira served as diversity editor of the California Law Review and as a judicial extern for Judge Ronald Whyte of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
