Jack Zhu represents and counsels companies in a broad range of corporate business transactions including joint ventures, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters. Jack received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Start-Up Ventures Clinic and Duke Law and Technology Review, and a teaching assistant for Analytical Methods, a Duke Fuqua adjacent course.
