Jacqueline Chan assists clients with trademark, intellectual property, and capital markets matters. Before joining Luk & Partners, she was a trademark lawyer in the capital markets group of a global law firm. Prior to that, she worked as an examiner in the intellectual property department for the Hong Kong government and as a trademark lawyer at an IP firm in Hong Kong. Jacqueline is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
