Jake F. Goodman represents employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and complex collective and class action litigation before state and federal courts. His practice focuses on employment-related matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, and retaliation claims. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jake clerked for Associate Justice Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Following his clerkship, he practiced with a major New Jersey law firm as a litigation associate.
