Jasmine Badreddine

Jasmine Birgitta Badreddine represents direct lenders, institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers. She works with clients on secured credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financing, private equity financing arrangements, and other commercial finance transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jasmine interned for the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York as well as the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
