Jason Dimopoulos represents clients in complex tax controversies and litigation, including transfer pricing disputes as well as various other local and international tax disputes. He assists clients in developing strategies for negotiating with the IRS during audits and represents them in contesting IRS determinations, both at the administrative level and, often, in court.
