Jason A. Pan works with our team of structured transaction lawyers to advise clients on the execution of structured deals involving a wide range of financial assets. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jason worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as a supervision analyst in the Office of Fair Lending and Equal Opportunity and as an investigator in the Office of Consumer Response. He is admitted in New York only, and his practice is supervised by DC Bar members.
Jason also completed a six-month rotation with the Office of International Banking and Securities Markets at the US Department of Treasury and an internship with the Division of Risk, Strategy, and Financial Innovation at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
