Jason Siu focuses his practice on complex litigation and appeals. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Jason clerked for Judge W. Eugene Davis of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Eldon E. Fallon of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He worked on a wide range of civil and criminal matters during his clerkships, including two large multidistrict litigations. While at Berkeley Law, Jason researched administrative law for Professor Anne Joseph O’Connell.
During 2014, Jason was a graduate intern for the White House Office of Management and Budget.
