Jeff Goldman focuses on securities and financial services litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. He represents companies and individuals in lawsuits and arbitrations. He defends firms, industry professionals, and accountants in connection with inquiries and enforcement proceedings brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulators. He frequently works on cases involving complex legal issues and significant motion practice.
