Jeffrey (Jeff) L. Arrington brings more than 25 years of experience helping clients protect their intellectual property interests in a variety of areas including pharmaceuticals, technology, computer products, and digital communication. Jeff has helped clients prevail in some of the most prominent patent infringement lawsuits in the country, including being part of the trial team that secured a $108 million jury verdict against Microsoft and an injunction order barring Microsoft from distributing its MS-DOS operating system anywhere in the world.
Jeff’s current practice focuses on Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA litigation. Jeff also has extensive experience with litigation involving allegations of securities fraud, trade secret misappropriation, defamation, and breach of contract.
Jeff was previously of counsel at other AmLaw 100 law firms. Before he began practicing law, Jeff was an award-winning journalist in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jeff also previously wrote a regular column for the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel about the Green Bay Packers.
