Jeffrey (Jeff) Funston’s practice covers a range of federal income tax-related matters, with principal focuses on corporate and international tax planning and the tax aspects of structured finance transactions. Jeff also has experience with the tax aspects of taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as administrative proceedings representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jeff served as an associate of another international law firm.
