Jenna K. Stokes represents clients in intellectual property disputes and counsels clients in trademark prosecution and enforcement matters. She also assists with copyright registration and counseling, with an emphasis on software copyrights. While in law school, she was senior publishing editor of the California Law Review and publishing editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Jenna completed a specialized course of study focused on intellectual property and technology law.
Jenna earned her Law and Technology Certificate from the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology and published a piece on revenge porn in the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Following publication of her piece, Jenna was a fellow for the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology and advised law students preparing pieces for publication.
