Jianbai “Jenn” Wang, Ph.D., has technology development and patent law experience in many hardware and software fields. Jenn has prosecuted patents covering the areas of microelectronic fabrication, digital and analog circuit design, microcontrollers, signal processing, sensors and actuators, memory systems, computer architecture, image processing, data visualization, software applications, and artificial intelligence. Jenn has also worked on a number of IP due diligence projects involving complex technology. She is fluent in Chinese and English.

Previously, Jenn was an electrical design engineer at Texas Instruments, developing microstructures and interface circuitry for transducers, including digital micromirror devices that are widely applied in front-end projection systems, HDTV, and digital cinemas. Jenn's experience also includes working as a research assistant at the University of Michigan, where she developed a position-sensing and control system for thin-film cochlear electrode arrays using micromachining technologies and gained hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication, sensor and transducer development, circuit design, and microsystem integration.

Jenn has co-authored several peer-reviewed articles in the field of sensors and actuators and is also a co-inventor on three US patents.
