Jesse Dyer’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property disputes, counseling, and opinion work in fields ranging from antibodies and pharmaceuticals to garage door openers and wireless communications. He has represented clients in proceedings at the US District Courts, International Trade Commission, and Patent Trial & Appeal Board. Jesse has experience representing clients in all phases of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial.
In addition to litigation, Jesse helps guide clients’ business decisions by providing counseling and legal opinions on patent, trademark, and copyright issues and IP-related contracts.
Jesse is firmly committed to his pro bono practice and has represented clients in several asylum cases, a Section 1983 litigation, and a prisoner’s rights case.
