Jessica M. Pelliciotta is part of our team of lawyers that handles technology, outsourcing, and commercial transactions. She has worked on a wide range of matters advising clients on ways to run their business operations effectively, from managed services, cloud computing, and licensing to other agreements for direct and indirect spend.
Our outsourcing, strategic technology, and commercial transactions lawyers are leaders in their fields, widely recognized for innovation and thought leadership. The team advises clients on cutting edge transactional issues, including the implementation of new technologies, innovative collaboration agreements, and cybersecurity and privacy issues arising in commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jessica interned at the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy as a legal intern and at Internet2, a nonprofit dedicated to providing high-speed Internet and advanced Internet services to research and higher education institutions.
While attending law school, Jessica was a staff member of the Temple Law Review and a Law and Public Policy Scholar. She also served as co-president of the American Constitution Society and as a member of the executive board of the Women’s Law Caucus. Upon graduation, Jessica was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
