Jessica A. Robinson directs the delivery of eDiscovery and data management technical services for all of the firm's practice areas and clients. eData Practice Support services are focused on delivering technical counsel, project and process management, and eDiscovery and data management services throughout the life-cycle of client matters. Jessica also provides strategic and operational oversight to insure service delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement for the services delivered by the Practice Support team.
Jessica provides operational leadership for a team of 20 project managers and technology professionals located in eight offices across the United States, establishing business objectives for the team and overseeing compliance with standard operating procedures and work flows. She also manages marketing and financial aspects for the practice support team. Jessica's work centers on eDiscovery project and process management, eDiscovery and data management consulting, litigation support application development and training, litigation support workflow development and implementation, and eDiscovery lifecycle budget analysis and control.
Jessica is an attorney with more than 10 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she was the senior firmwide manager of eDiscovery resource management at an international law firm, where she restructured the existing litigation support department into a global resource management operation. Additionally, Jessica is an adjunct professor at Georgetown's Center for Business and Continuing Education, where she teaches legal project management.
