Jessica Stumacher represents financial services clients in connection with government and internal investigations, antitrust litigation and regulatory enforcement proceedings, white-collar and civil litigation, and complex commercial litigation. She also counsels clients on transactional matters related to blockchains, distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency, and advises on regulatory compliance under the evolving legal landscape for such technologies.
Jessica has an active pro bono practice and has experience counseling clients in connection with immigration proceedings, asylum applications, Special Immigration Juvenile Status (SIJS) claims, as well as death row appeals and resentencing hearings. Her prior experience includes serving as an associate general counsel at JPMorgan Chase, where she focused on legal compliance, controls, and operations, specifically in connection with government and internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions.
While in law school, Jessica served as Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and was twice awarded pro bono volunteer of the year.
